Full time job: Sr. Maintenance Tech for a large Retirement Facility

Years in the Emergency Services: 33 years (Joined the Fire Service in 1988)

Why did you join the emergency services?: Third generation – Have wanted to do this job since I was 2 years old! And it’s exciting as hell at times!!

Favorite thing to do for training: Being able to pass on some knowledge of significance to the next generation – but the team drills are the most fun!

Best class you have taken?: Reading Smoke

What’s something you would pass along to the next generation of first responders?: Never stop training or learning some new skill

Favorite thing about Perkiomen Township Volunteer Fire Company: Whether you made the last call we had or it’s the first time we’ve seen you in six months (because you haven’t been in town) the crew is always glad to welcome you back.

Some fun facts about yourself: I love to downhill ski – maybe just a little more than fighting fire!!
